Nothing Phone (1) To Go On Sale In India On August 5: Price, Specifications, Availability

Nothing had launched the Nothing Phone (1) in India and in the global markets last month. The device went on sale in India on July 21 and July 30. However, on both these dates, the handset was sold out in a few hours. Now, the company has announced that the next sale of the Nothing Phone (1) will be held in India on August 5 exclusively via Flipkart. 

Nothing Phone (1) Price In India, Availability

The Nothing Phone (1) price in India starts at ₹32,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model. The 8GB RAM variant with 256GB of storage costs ₹35,999. The top-end variant which comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage retails for ₹38,999. The device will be available for sale in the country via Flipkart on August 5.

The Nothing Phone (1) features a 6.55-inch AMOLED display that has Full HD+ resolution. The device offers up to 120Hz refresh rate, 1200 nits brightness, and 402 PPI pixel density. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G+ processor which is accompanied by up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

The back of the phone includes a dual-camera setup. The camera module consists of a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor which has an f/1.8 aperture, OIS, and EIS support. The 50MP sensor is paired with a 50MP ultra-wide lens that has a 114° field of view. Selfies and video calling are handled by a 16MP selfie camera. The smartphone packs a 4,500mAh battery that has 33W fast charging support. The device also supports 15W wireless charging and 5W reverse wireless charging. 

Connectivity-wise, the phone offers features like 4G VoLTE, 5G, USB Type-C port, dual-SIM card slot, Wi-Fi 802.11 ax (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth v5.2, GPS, and NFC. Lastly, the device also has an IP53 rating and an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.
