Nvidia GeForce Now is finally coming to Windows and macOS. This will enable 4K streaming on PC and Mac native apps, as long as you are subscribed to the RTX 3080 tier.
Previously, you could stream in 4K only on the company’s Shield TV. The latest upgrade will now allow PC and Mac apps to stream at 4K resolution at 60 frames per second. NVIDIA DLSS, combined with AI rendering tech, is said to boost graphics performance. Dedicated Tensor Core AI processors on RTX GPUs boost the 4K streaming capability. Frame rates also get an upgrade as DLSS makes us of a deep learning neural network to create smoother images for gaming.
