OnePlus 10R 5G Prime Blue Edition Might Go On Sale During Amazon Great Indian Festival

OnePlus introduced its OnePlus 10R 5G smartphone back in April 2022 in India. It was offered in Sierra Black and Forest Green colour options at launch. The Chinese brand will be offering a third colour option soon in the country. 

The new OnePlus 10R 5G smartphone will get a blue paint job with a hint of purple. The company is calling it the OnePlus 10R 5G Prime Blue Edition. It has started teasing the device with the new colour shade on Amazon, suggesting that the launch is imminent. Expect it to go on sale during the Amazon Great India Festival Sale, which will start by the end of September 2022. 

The OnePlus 10R 5G Prime Blue Edition is likely to carry the same internals, apart from the new colour. So, let’s dive into its specifications below.

The OnePlus 10R 5G sports a large 6.7-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max processor, which is based on TSMC’s 5nm fabrication process. It is equipped with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. 

In terms of imaging, the OnePlus 10R 5G comes with a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies and video calling duties, there’s a 16MP sensor housed in the punch hole camera cutout at the front. 

Talking about the battery specifications of the device, it comes with two battery and charging options. You get one with a 5,000mAh battery coupled with an 80W fast charging, and another with a 4,500mAh battery with an insane 150W fast charging tech. The handset runs on OxygenOS 12.1 based on Android 12 out of the box. 

The OnePlus 10R 5G starts at a price of ₹38,999 in India and goes up to ₹43,999 for the top-spec variant. Expect the OnePlus 10R 5G Prime Blue Edition to be priced similarly.
