The new OnePlus 10T developed with the new Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset is soon arriving in India. Tipster Mukul Sharma spotted the device on OnePlus India’s website, suggesting that the launch could happen in a few days/weeks. The smartphone will have an upper hand in terms of performance when compared to the previously launched OnePlus 10 Pro. However, it is expected to pack in a lower-spec display and a downgraded camera setup compared to the OnePlus 10 Pro.
The OnePlus 10T will be powered by the latest flagship Qualcomm chip, which made its debut with the Asus ROG Phone 6 series of gaming devices. The OnePlus 10T with model number OnePlus PGP110, managed to score a massive 1131151 points on the AnTuTu benchmark platform. The OnePlus 10 Pro has a score of 846261, which is far lower. Moreover, the OnePlus 10T is also expected to have an edge in battery life owing to the TSMC fabrication process of its chipset.
OnePlus 10T: Features (Rumoured)
The OnePlus 10T is expected to come with a glass back but a polycarbonate mid-frame. It will sport a 6.7-inch flexible AMOLED panel with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz screen refresh rate. The device may be equipped with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.
In terms of camera, the OnePlus 10T is said to come with a triple rear camera setup, comprising a 50MP primary camera with OIS, a 16MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2MP macro snapper. Selfie duties could be handled by a 16MP or a 32MP front-facing camera.
