OnePlus had released the OxygenOS Open beta 1 for the OnePlus 7 and the OnePlus 7T series at the beginning of July. The first OxygenOS Open beta 1 build brought the Android 12 software version for the OnePlus 7/7T series along with June 2022 security patches. Now, OnePlus has released the OxygenOS 12 Open beta 2 for the OnePlus 7 lineup and the OnePlus 7T series. The new software build fixes issues that were introduced in the initial Android 12 beta release.

Get the latest technology news, reviews, and opinions on tech products right into your inboxAccording to an XDA Developers report, the new OxygenOS Open beta 2 update arrives with software version H.26 for the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro, while the OnePlus 7T and the OnePlus 7T Pro gets the new update with software version as F.15. The update, however, doesn’t bring a new security patch, as the devices are still on the July 2022 Android security patch after installing the new release.
Furthermore, the new software update improves system stability in some scenarios, brings optimization for charging speed, fingerprint unlocking, and solves the issue of camera crashing which occurred while turning on Ultra Steady mode. Here’s the complete changelog of the new OxygenOS Open beta 2 update:

As per OnePlus, there is one still known issue in the second beta build:
