OnePlus first started as a smartphone brand and gained popularity by launching extremely value-for-money smartphones in the high-end segment. The company then launched a few smart TVs. Over the past couple of years, the company ventured into the mid-range smartphone segment. It also launched a variety of lifestyle products, earphones, and smartwatches. Now, the company has announced that it will launch a mechanical keyboard and a couple of monitors.
The Chinese firm recently announced that it will launch two new monitors—OnePlus Monitor X 27 and OnePlus Monitor E 24—in India on December 12, 2022. The OnePlus Monitor X 27 is expected to be a high-end gaming monitor with a 27-inch display, QHD+ resolution, a 165Hz refresh rate, AMD FreeSync Premium certification, and a stand that can pivot the screen. It could also feature an HDMI port, a VGA port, a USB Type-C port (with 18W power output), and a 3.5mm audio-out port.

The mid-range monitor will likely miss out on a pivoting stand. The company has not announced the specifications and pricing of the monitors yet, but we expect to know more during the official launch.
OnePlus has also announced that it is working with popular keyboard brand Keychron to make a fully-customizable mechanical keyboard. The monitor will feature a high-quality build with a soft-touch finish. It will reportedly feature multiple options for switches and keycaps. It is likely that the upcoming keyboard from OnePlus is a rebranded or tweaked version of an existing mechanical keyboard from Keychron. The company might not offer options to customize the case, mounting plate, stabilizers, and knob. We expect the keyboard to feature wireless (Bluetooth) and wired (USB Type-C) connectivity options.
The OnePlus Mechanical Keyboard will be announced on December 15, 2022. The company is expected to launch two new high-end smartphones—OnePlus 11 and OnePlus 11 Pro—in 2023. Both smartphones will likely come equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, 5,000mAh battery, and 100W fast charging.
