OnePlus Nord CE Android 12 (OxygenOS 12) Stable Update Rolling Out in India; Changelog, Features

OnePlus has finally started rolling out Android 12 Stable update for the OnePlus Nord CE smartphone in India. This comes after the OnePlus Nord CE OxygenOS 12 Open Beta update which was rolled out back in June. The OnePlus Nord CE Android 12 stable update comes with firmware version EB2101_11_C.04 and weighs about 4GBs in size.

The OnePlus Nord CE OxygenOS 12 Stable update carries the firmware version EB2101_11_C.04. The Android platform update for the OnePlus Nord CE brings with it several new features and enhancements. These include a new dark mode that allows users to choose between three levels of contrast for a more comfortable user experience.

OnePlus Nord CE Android 12 update also adds a quick swicth tile to let users switch between Work and Life mode with a single click. OnePlus has made several changes to the Canvas AOD, Gallery, and OnePlus Shelf. Check out the detailed changelogs below,

Newly added OnePlus Watch Card in Shelf, to easily glance at your health status

Work Life Balance
Newly added Work Life Balance feature, allowing you to effortlessly switch between Work and Life mode via quick settings
Newly supported automatic Work/Life mode switching, based on specific locations, Wi-Fi network, and time, also bringing customized App notification profiles according to the personalization

Gallery
Newly supported switching between different layouts with a two-finger pinch gesture, intelligently recognizing the best-quality pictures, and cropping the thumbnail based on the content, making the gallery layout more pleasing

Canvas AOD
Newly added diverse styles of lines and colors, for a more personalized lock screen experience with inspiring visuals
Newly added multiple brushes and strokes and support for color adjustment

OnePlus Nord CE OxygenOS 12 update appears to be rolling out in phases, so it might not be available for everyone. We can expect the brand to complete the rollout in the next couple of weeks. Also, readers must note that this is likely the last Android version upgrade for the OnePlus Nord CE.
