Back in April this year, OnePlus debuted a new smart TV dubbed the OnePlus TV 43 Y1S Pro with a 43-inch screen in India. Now, the company is looking to expand its lineup by introducing a new 50-inch model. Promotional pages for the OnePlus TV Y Series 50 Y1S Pro are now active on Amazon and OnePlus’ Indian websites. Let’s take a closer look at the upcoming 50-inch OnePlus TV Y1S Pro, its specifications, features, and everything we know so far.
OnePlus TV 50 Y1S Pro With 10-bit Display Launching Soon
Going by the teasers, the new 50-inch model will be similar to the already available 43-inch variant with a difference in the screen size. The upcoming smart TV will feature 4K resolution, 10-bit colour depth, and the ability to deliver over a billion colours. OnePlus’ Gamma Engine with MEMC will also be included with the TV. Moreover, users will be able to adjust the TV’s volume with the OnePlus Watch using the Smart Volume Control function.
Consumers will be able to make numerous enhancements to the TV using the Smart Manager, which accelerates your TV’s system speed, quickly freeing up storage space, and much more. The all-new OnePlus TV Y1S Pro 50″ will also be packed with the industry-first Remote Diagnosis feature that the company claims will deliver a smarter way to reliably identify and resolve issues, saving you time.

The smart TV is anticipated to include 24W speakers with Dolby Audio tuning. If the TV happens to be similar to the 43-inch model, it will be run by a MediaTek MT9216 CPU with 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. The Y1S Pro smartTV comes equipped with Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, one Ethernet port, two HDMI 2.0 connections, two USB 2.0 ports, and dual-band Wi-Fi.
Although OnePlus hasn’t specified a release date for the OnePlus TV Y Series 50 Y1S Pro, it is possible that the smart TV will debut in India alongside the Nord 2T, which is expected to make its debut in India on July 1, 2022.
