OPPO appears to have silently announced its latest A-series 4G smartphone, the OPPO A57s in the European market. The device is now listed on OPPO’s Croatia website with detailed specifications. The handset sports a 6.56-inch IPS LCD display with a standard 60Hz refresh rate and an HD+ resolution. The phone is powered by MediaTek’s octa-core processor which is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs Android 12 OS with the company’s ColorOS 12.1 UI on top and packs a 5,000mAh battery.

Talking about the design first, the device features a water-drop-shaped notch at the top of the display that houses the selfie camera. The phone has a vertically aligned dual-camera setup at the back which is accompanied by an LED flash. The device flaunts a 6.56-inch IPS LCD display with an HD+ 1612 x 720 resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. The display panel has 269PPI pixel density and a Panda MN228 protection. Powering the smartphone under the hood is an octa-core Helio G35 chipset.
The device is equipped with 4GB of LPDDR4X and 64GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage. The device also has microSD card support for further storage expansion. As for the software, the A57s runs Android 12 out of the box with a layer of ColorOS 12.1 skin on top. For imaging, the device has a dual-camera setup. The handset features a 50MP main camera and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies, the handset relies on an 8MP camera.

As of now, OPPO has not announced the pricing of the OPPO A57s. However, past leaks suggest that the device could retail for EUR 199 (roughly ₹15,900).
