OPPO Find X5 Camera To Feature Hasselblad Tuning, Partnership Announced

The Oppo Find X5 series of smartphones has been the subject of various leaks. The series is expected to comprise the vanilla Oppo Find X5, Find X5 Pro, and Find X5 Lite. Before announcing the launch date of its latest Find X series, Oppo has announced its partnership with Swedish camera manufacturer Hasselblad, giving credence to past reports. Earlier this year, OnePlus had partnered with the Swedish company for its OnePlus 10 Pro.

Oppo-Hasselblad Partnership For Mobile Photography

Oppo states that it has entered into a three-year partnership with Hasselblad to “develop advanced imaging solutions” for its flagship phones. The company adds that this alliance aims to refine the mobile photography experience by improving the software for natural colour tuning.

Following the success of OnePlus and Hasselblad’s collaboration in the past year, we are very pleased to see the partnership enter a new stage of development, giving more users around the world a chance to enjoy the legendary Hasselblad mobile imaging experience. Camera color performance has always been a focus for OPPO and a part of Hasselblad’s DNA. We are very excited to be able to explore the future of Hasselblad Camera for Mobile together.

Oppo Find X5 Pro Availability, Price

The Oppo Find X5 Pro is said to launch by March this year. It will supposedly retail for ₹52,990. However, it is to be noted that these are speculations and Oppo is yet to reveal details about its flagship series.

Oppo Find X5 Pro Features And Specifications

According to past leaks, the Oppo Find X5 is said to come with the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC, whereas the Find X5 Pro is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. The Find X5 series is reported to have a 6.78-inch 120 Hz AMOLED screen. Moreover, it is said to pack a 5,000mAh battery along with fast charging support.

When it comes to photography, the smartphone is said to have a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 13-megapixel telephoto or macro sensor. It could also come with a 32-megapixel camera for selfies.
