OPPO Reno 8 First Sale In India Today: Price, Specifications, Launch offers

The OPPO Reno 8 first sale will commence in India today. The device was available for pre-order in the country from July 22, 2022. The smartphone was launched by OPPO alongside the Reno 8 Pro in India a few days back. When it come to the specifications, the Reno 8 sports a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The device packs a Dimensity 1300 SoC, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. It features a 50MP triple-camera setup, a 32MP selfie camera, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

OPPO Reno 8 Price In India, Launch Offers

The OPPO Reno 8 is priced at ₹29,999 in India. The device comes in a sole 8GB RAM + 128GB storage configuration. The handset will go on sale in India today via Flipkart and the OPPO India website. The device can be purchased in Shimmer Gold and Shimmer Black colour options.

As a part of the launch offer, interested buyers can get 10 percent Instant Discount up to ₹3,000 on HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Card Transactions. The same offer is applicable on Kotak Bank and SBI Cards as well. Customers can also avail ₹3,000 off on Bank of Baroda Credit Card transactions.

OPPO Reno 8 Specifications, Features

The OPPO Reno 8 boasts of a 6.4-inch AMOLED display that has Full HD+ resolution. The device has a larger 20:9 aspect ratio panel which offers up to 90Hz refresh rate, 600 nits peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The smartphone runs OPPO’s ColorOS 12.1 skin on top which is based on Android 12 OS. The handset is confirmed to receive two years of major Android updates and four years of security updates.

The imaging department on the Reno 8 is handled by a triple-camera setup. The camera module includes a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor that has an f/1.8 aperture. Accompanying the 50MP sensor is an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro lens. The front of the device includes a 32MP camera that has an f/2.4 aperture. The Reno 8 is powered by Dimensity 1300 processor under the hood. The smartphone comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
