OPPO Reno 8 Lite 5G With 6.43-inch AMOLED Display, Snapdragon 695 Launched: Specifications

After a couple of leaks and rumours, OPPO has officially launched the OPPO Reno 8 Lite 5G smartphone. This new Reno 8 series smartphone has been introduced by OPPO in the Spanish market.

When it comes to the specifications, the Reno 8 Lite has a 6.43-inch AMOLED display. The device retains the same design language as that of the other Reno 8 series smartphones. Apart from the similar design, the Reno 8 Lite inherits some of the specifications as that of the Reno 7 Lite and Reno 7Z 5G, and the OPPO F21 Pro. The smartphone features a 64MP triple-camera setup on the back and a 16MP selfie camera. It runs ColorOS 12 with Android 12 on top.

OPPO Reno 8 Lite 5G Pricing, Availability

The OPPO Reno 8 Lite 5G comes in a sole 8GB RAM + 128GB storage configuration. The device is priced at EUR 429 (approx. ₹35,500) in Spain. The handset is available in two colour options—Black and Rainbow. It is available for purchase via OPPO’s official website.

The OPPO Reno 8 Lite 5G flaunts a 6.43-inch AMOLED display that has a Full HD+ resolution. The display panel has a standard 60Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 695 processor coupled with Adreno 619 GPU. The smartphone ships with 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device also has a microSD card slot to expand the storage up to 1TB. It also supports 5GB of Virtual RAM. 

The smartphone is loaded with a 4,500mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. On the backside, the Reno 8 Lite 5G sports a 64MP triple-camera setup which includes a 64MP main sensor and a pair of 2MP monochrome and macro camera units. The selfie department on the Reno 8 Lite 5G is handled by a 16MP camera. 

The Reno 8 Lite has connectivity features such as a dual-SIM card slot, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.1, USB Type-C port, dual 4G VoLTE, a 3.5mm audio jack, and 5G support. The device also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and has an IPX4 rating for dust and splash resistance.
