The limited edition variant is inspired by the Game of Thrones prequel series—The House of the Dragon. The Oppo Reno 8 Pro 5G House Of The Dragon Limited Edition set comes with a special phone cover, a phone holder shaped like a dragon, and a golden dragon-like SIM ejector tool. The set also includes a key chain featuring a three-headed dragon in the box. Buyers will also get two collectible items—a small dragon egg and a handwritten proclamation by the series’ King Viserys I Targaryen himself. While that’s all for the box contents, the new Oppo handset does not feature any changes in terms of design and appearance.

The newly launched Oppo Reno 8 Pro 5G House Of The Dragon Limited Edition smartphone features the same set of specifications as the standard Oppo Reno 8 Pro. It sports a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display that offers a 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the smartphone is the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max processor, which is paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. In terms of software, the Oppo Reno 8 Pro 5G House Of The Dragon edition runs on Android 12-based ColorOS 12.1 out of the box.

For photography, the new Oppo smartphone offers a triple rear camera setup including a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro unit. For selfies and video calls, the device relies on a 32MP front camera. Speaking of the battery, the new Oppo Reno 8 Pro 5G House Of The Dragon Limited Edition variant is powered by a 4,500mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. Other primary features on the smartphone include an in-display fingerprint scanner and support for 5G, Bluetooth, and GPS.
