Philips Domestic Appliances today announced its foray into a brand-new market with the release of the Sneaker Cleaner GCA1000/60, the first of its kind. The company unveiled its new Sneaker Cleaner, a portable appliance that makes cleaning your footwear simple, convenient, and affordable.

It saves time and effort by automating rubbing and scrubbing. The device comes with three brushes—a soft brush for mesh and canvas, a hard brush for textured rubber or shoe bottoms, and a soft sponge for PVC, leather, and suede.
The device has an IPX5 certification and a 500 RPM motor. The unit’s 6V 4AA battery has an 80-minute run period. The Sneaker cleaner is light on the pocket and in the hand, weighing only 0.35 kg. This device is a must-have for sneakerheads since it works quickly and efficiently.

The Philips Sneaker Cleaner GCA1000/60 costs ₹2,595 and comes with a two-year standard warranty. It is only available through the Philips Domestic Appliances e-store as of now.
