POCO C31 With 6.53-inch HD+ Display, Helio G35 Processor Launched In India: Price, Specifications

POCO has officially launched the POCO C31 smartphone in India. It is an affordable smartphone that features a 6.53-inch HD+ display. The smartphone is equipped with an octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 processor. The device has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, a microSD card slot, and P2i nano-coating for water splash resistance. The smartphone packs up to 4GB of RAM and features a 13MP triple-camera setup at the rear. The other features of the POCO C31 include 4G VoLTE and a 5,000mAh battery.

POCO C31 Pricing, Availability

The POCO C31 price in India is ₹8,499 for the variant with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage costs ₹9,499. During the Flipkart Big Billion Day sale, the POCO C31 3GB/4GB RAM model will be available for ₹7,999 and ₹8,999, respectively. The smartphone comes in two colour variants: Royal Blue and Shadow Grey. The POCO C31 will go on sale in India via Flipkart from October 3, 2021.

POCO C31 Specifications

The POCO C31 features a 6.53-inch IPS LCD display that has HD+ resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, a 1,500:1 contrast ratio, 400 nit brightness, and a water-drop-shaped notch to accommodate the front-facing camera. The smartphone has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and support for face unlock for added security.

Under the hood, the POCO C31 is equipped with the MediaTek Helio G35 octa-core processor. As mentioned earlier, the smartphone packs 3GB/4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. There is a microSD card slot for storage expansion. Sadly, the device boots two-year-old Android 10 out of the box (with MIUI 12). The POCO C31 features a triple-camera setup at the rear, which consists of a 13MP primary camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera.

On the front, the handset sports a 5MP selfie camera. The whole package is powered by a 5,000mAh battery. The phone’s connectivity features include a dual-SIM card slot, GPS, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, a microUSB port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The device has a P2i nano-coating, which protects the handset from water splashes.
