POCO Global is gearing up to launch the POCO C40 on June 16. Ahead of the global launch, the brand has launched the C40 handset in Vietnam. The all-new POCO C40 is an entry-level smartphone that is powered by a JLQ JR510 processor. It features a 6.71-inch display and a 6,000mAh battery unit.

POCO C40: Price And Availability
The POCO C40 comes in a 4GB + 64GB configuration and is priced at 3,490,000 Vietnamese dong (approx. ₹11,700). The smartphone will be available for purchase starting June 17 in Vietnam. The handset is arriving in more countries on June 16. However, the brand is yet to reveal the India availability of the handset.

The POCO C40 flaunts a 6.71-inch LCD display with an HD+ (720 × 1650 pixel) resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, and 400 nits peak brightness. The display panel houses the front selfie shooter inside a waterdrop notch and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass protection.
Under the hood, the POCO C40 sports an octa-core JLQ JR510 processor that is fabbed on an 11nm process. The system on chip brings with it an integrated Mali G57 GPU, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of onboard storage. The handset also features a micro-SD card slot. It boots Android 11.
The POCO C40 offers a dual-rear camera setup including a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. It relies on a 5MP front shooter for selfies and video calls. The handset comes equipped with a 6,000mAh battery unit and 18W fast charging support. However, the brand will bundle a 10W charging brick in the box. The smartphone sports a USB Type-C port, a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The POCO C40 comes in three colour options—Black, Green, and POCO Yellow. It weighs 204 grams and measures 169.59 × 76.56 × 9.18mm. In terms of connectivity, it offers dual-SIM, 4G, dual-band (2.4GHz/5GHz) Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and Glonass.
