Razer, a popular gaming components manufacturer, often collaborates with different manufacturers to diversify their business. Now, it has collaborated with a well-known watch company, Fossil, to produce a Razer limited edition of the Fossil Gen 6 smartwatch. It carries Razer’s famous tri-headed snake logo and comes with a bright green wristband. It comes with customisable straps, watch faces, Razer’s famed Chroma RGB lighting effects, and much more to lure gamers.

This will be a limited edition watch as the company will produce only 1,337 units of it worldwide. It sports a 1.28-inch AMOLED Display with 326 PPI (Pixels Per Inch). The watch gets three Razer watch faces—Analog, Team Razer text, and Chroma and also comes with four customisable Razer Chroma RGB effects, inspired by Razer’s other RGB-clad components. The smartwatch comes in a 44mm dial size and gets a 22mm watch strap that comes in two custom designs. Both straps are made of silicone and are emblazoned with Razer’s logo.
The Razer x Fossil smartwatch is powered by a Snapdragon 4100+, which promises up to 30 percent faster app loading and higher battery efficiency when compared to the previous generation Fossil Gen 5. It is equipped with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. The watch runs on Wear OS 2, which will probably get a Wear OS 3 update this year.
Other noteworthy features include Bluetooth 5.0 LE, GPS, NFC SE, WiFi, Loudspeaker, Microphone, Vibration. It also comes with a host of sensors on board such as an Accelerometer, Altimeter, Ambient Light, Compass, Gyroscope, Heart Rate monitor, and SPO2 (Blood Oxygen levels).
Razer x Fossil Gen 6 Smartwatch Price, Availability
The Razer x Fossil Gen 6 smartwatch will be available for purchase from January 10, 2022, for a price tag of $329 (approx. ₹24,300). There will be only 1,337 units available, which can be booked via Fossil and Razer’s websites, and also via select retail stores.
