Last month, Realme had launched the Realme 9i 5G smartphone in the Indian market. The Realme 9i 5G is one of the most affordable 5G enabled smartphones offered by the company. A month after the launch, the brand has now introduced a new colour variant of the Realme 9i 5G—Soulful Blue. The Realme 9i 5G Soulful Blue variant features the same laser light design which gives retro CD vibes. The Realme 9i 5G Soulful Blue color option is available in two configurations—4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB. The base variant of the handset is priced at ₹14,999. Meanwhile, the 6GB + 128GB configuration variant costs ₹16,999. The Realme 9i 5G Soulful Blue is available for purchase exclusively via Flipkart and the Realme Store.

Realme 9i 5G: Specifications And Features

The Realme 9i 5G sports a 6.6-inch LCD display panel with a Full HD+ (2,408 × 1,080 pixel) resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, 400nits peak brightness, and a waterdrop notch. For photography, the smartphone comes equipped with a triple-rear camera setup including a 50MP main shooter, a 2MP portrait sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. It offers an 8MP front shooter for selfies and video calls.

Powering the Realme 9i 5G is an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor that is manufactured on a 6nm fabrication process. The Dimensity 810 brings with it an integrated Mali G57 GPU, up to 6GB of RAM, and up to 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. The smartphone comes pre-loaded with the company’s proprietary Realme UI 3.0, based on Android 12.

The Realme 9i 5G is fuelled by a 5000mAh battery unit. It supports 18W fast charging over a Type-C charging port. On the security front, the handset offers a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It measures 164.4 × 75.1 × 8.1mm and weighs 187 grams.
