The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 Android 12 update comes with firmware version F916BXXS2FULE / F916BOXM2FULB / F916BXXU2FULB and is currently rolling out in India as well as Europe.

Samsung is yet to confirm the rollout officially, but several users have already started reporting about the development on the Samsung Members forum. The update might be rolling out in a phased manner and we can expect the company to complete the rollout in the coming weeks. However, to check for the update on your device, you can head over to Settings -> Software update.
