Realme has announced the Android 12 Early Access program for its entry-level Realme C25 handset in India. The Realme C25 is the first C-series device to get the Android 12 update in India. To those unaware, the brand has already rolled out the Android 12 Early Access update for several handsets including the Realme 8 Pro, Realme 8, and Realme GT Master Edition.
The latest version of Realme’s proprietary Android skin—Realme UI 3.0 is based on Android 12. Realme UI 3.0 brings with it a host of new features and changes such as Omoji, Floating window 2.0, AOD Personalizations, Security and Privacy Enhancements, Fluid Space design, AI smooth engine, and more.
Realme C25 Android 12 Early Access Program: How to Apply
Realme says that Realme C25 users with firmware version RMX3193_11.A.25 or RMX3193_11.A.26 are eligible to apply for the program. Such users can simply head over to Settings → Software Update → Tap on the Settings Icon in the top right corner of the screen → Trial Version → Apply Now to apply for the program.
Realme will verify all the applications and selected users will receive Realme UI 3.0 Early Access build on their devices within a few days. However, in case your application gets approved, there are a few things that you should keep in mind before you proceed with the installation.

The company is also advising users to keep at least 10GB of free storage, otherwise, the update installation may fail. Users must also ensure that their device has at least 60 percent of charge.
Also, the phone must be unrooted, otherwise users won’t be allowed to install Realme UI 3.0. Since Realme UI 3.0 Early Access build is a Beta build, don’t expect it to be as polished and stable as Stable builds. Thus, the Early Access build might impact day-to-day performance as well as battery life.
Realme will also allow users to downgrade to Realme UI 2.0, in case they are not satisfied with Realme UI 3.0. However, these users will not be allowed to participate in the upcoming batches of Realme UI 3.0 Early Access program.
