Realme is doubling down on the after-sales experience for customers in India. In the latest addition, the company has announced the Realme Care+ which is a subscription-based value-added service that will offer customers end-to-end support for Realme devices.
The new plan offers two-way protection to users in the form of extended warranty along with damage protection. Users can avail services through multiple forms of communication including social media, voice calls, emails, WhatsApp, and webchats.

Realme Care+ Plan: What’s On Offer
The Realme Care+ Plan works on top of the existing warranty the company already offers on its devices out of the box. While all devices have a one-year warranty by default, users can subscribe to the Realme Care+ Plan to avail extended warranty and damage protection cover. The service included in the plan include an extended one-year warranty, one year screen protection, and one year accidental and liquid damage protection.
The service is available at a monthly subscription of ₹489 on the Realme website and other online channels and offline stores. The service can be availed on social media, WhatsApp, email, voice calls, and webchat services from 9AM to 9PM IST. As of now, the support centers can recognise multiple Indian languages including Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi and Hindi.
