Realme also claims to have developed the world’s first fisheye mode for smartphones, to make photos more appealing to the eye with its large FOV. The realme GT 2 Pro will be featuring this fisheye mode.
Realme GT 2 Pro Communication
When it comes to communication, the realme GT 2 Pro will feature an Antenna Array Matrix System comprising of the world’s first “Ultra-Wide Band HyperSmart Antenna Switching”, along with a Wi-Fi Enhancer, as well as 360° NFC technology.
Realme’s Ultra Wide Band HyperSmart Antenna Switching
Realme’s Ultra Wide Band HyperSmart Antenna Switching uses 12 wrap-around antennas that cover all sides of the phone and is reported to support mainstream bands in almost all directions without the signal strength wavering. This will, in turn, equip the realme GT 2 Pro to determine the strongest signal.
Wi-Fi Enhancer
The realme GT 2 Pro’s Wi-Fi Enhancer employs a symmetrical Wi-Fi antenna design. When compared to the asymmetrical design, the new design is reported to improve the smartphone’s signal stability by 20 percent.
360° NFC technology
The realme GT 2 Pro’s top two cellular antennas are integrated with an NFC signal transceiver function. This increases the sensing distance by 20 percent and the sensing area by 500 percent. The upper area of the smartphone senses NFC signals in both directions, which allows the chip to be used for swiping cards or smartphones.
Realme GT 2 Pro Design
When it comes to design, realme has stuck with Japanese industrial designer Naoto Fukasawa, who had earlier worked on the design of their Master Edition products. Fukasawa has gone for a premium, yet simple look with what realme calls its “Paper Tech Master Design”.
The company claims that the realme GT 2 Pro is the world’s first bio-based smartphone. It is reported that the back cover is made of a biopolymer material from SABIC. Keeping with the eco-friendly theme, realme says that it has cut down its overall plastic ratio in the packaging from 21.7% to 0.3% with its new box packaging. Besides, it also uses environmental-friendly soy ink for printing the box cover and the user manual
Realme has only announced that the realme GT 2 series is coming soon. The exact launch date has not been announced yet.
