Realme announced a 4K Smart TV Stick back in November last year, and now the brand seems to have quietly listed a new stick on Flipkart. The Flipkart listing mentions this stick as a Full HD 1080p model, scheduled to be launched on April 7. This appears to be a cheaper model compared to the 4K Smart TV stick that is available for ₹3,499. The Realme Smart TV Stick will offer HDR10+ support, support FHD resolution with 60fps streaming, and run on Android 11 TV OS. This stick will go head-on with the Xiaomi Stick 1080p model and the Amazon Fire TV Stick Lite.

The stick will convert a normal TV to a smart TV with Google Assistant, PlayStore, and other apps at your fingertips. The device will offer a max resolution of 1080p on all streaming apps. It will also come with support for HDR10+ out of the box and support for HDMi2.0 for better function.
At its core, the TV stick is expected to be powered by an Amlogic quad-core chip with PowerVR graphics. This model comes with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage, while the 4K model gets 2 GB of RAM. The TV stick will run the new Android TV platform and might receive the Google TV update in the near future. You will still get access to all the major apps, including PlayStore, YouTube, Disney+, Netflix, and more, along with Google Assistant right on the remote.
Realme Smart TV Stick Price
Since the Realme Smart TV Stick is a lower specced model compared to the current 4K model, which retails for ₹3,499, we expect this new model to cost ₹2,499 in the Indian market. The launch is scheduled for April 7 at 12 noon and sales should begin in the very same week on Flipkart and Realme.com. Realme could also offer the stick at a discounted price as part of an introductory offer to sweeten the deal.
