Redmi is all set to launch a new K-series device dubbed the Redmi K50i, on July 20, 2022 in India. The new smartphone will mark the comeback of the Redmi K-series in the country. The last K-series smartphone, the Redmi K20, was launched back in 2019. In the past, there have been a couple of leaks surrounding the launch of the Redmi K50i. Now, a new report suggests that details related to the smartphone’s RAM, storage, and India pricing have been leaked online. Let us take a look.
Redmi K50i Leaked India Price
According to a MySmartPrice report, the Redmi K50i will launch with 6GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB /256GB of internal storage. The report further claims that the base model with 6GB + 128GB storage will be priced between ₹24,000 and ₹28,000, while the 8GB + 256GB model will be priced between ₹29,000 and ₹33,000. As for the colour variants, the Redmi K50i is said to come in three colours—Phantom Blue, Stealth Black, and Quick Silver.
The Redmi K50i will go on sale starting from July 22, 2022 in the country. It will be available for purchase via Amazon India, Mi Stores, and retail partners.

The Redmi K50i is said to feature a 6.6-inch IPS LCD panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and 20:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone will reportedly be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor. In terms of software, the Redmi K50i will boot Android 12-based MIUI 13 out of the box.

For photography, the smartphone might offer a triple rear camera setup including a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide angle camera, and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies and video calling, the device has a 16MP front camera. Coming to the battery of the device, the Redmi K50i is said to be powered by a 5,080mAh battery unit with 67W fast charging support.
