Samsung has launched a new smartphone in the Indian market today, the Galaxy F22. This handset is basically a rebranded Galaxy A22 with larger battery size, and it is made especially to be sold through Flipkart. For those who are unaware, the Galaxy F-series smartphones are available exclusively through Flipkart, just like the Samsung Galaxy Prime edition phones that are sold exclusively through Amazon. While we are at it, it is worth mentioning that Samsung also sells the Galaxy A22 in India, and compared to it, the Galaxy F22 is much more affordable in spite of having identical specifications. Samsung Galaxy F22 price in India
The Galaxy F22 comes in India in two configurations. The first version has 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and it costs Rs 12,499. The second variant packs 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and this model is priced at Rs 14,499. As an introductory offer, Samsung will be offering the base variant of the device at just Rs 11,499. The Galaxy F22 will go on sale in India from 13th July at 12:00 PM exclusively through Flipkart.

The Samsung Galaxy F22 features a 6.4-inch display with Super AMOLED technology, HD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and support for HDR. The phone has a 48MP primary camera at the rear accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, you get a 13MP camera. The device has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security and privacy.
The Samsung Galaxy F22 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 processor. As mentioned earlier, it is available in two configurations: 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. The phone ships with the Android 11 OS featuring One UI Core 3.1. The device packs a 6,000mAh battery and supports 15W charging. Connectivity options include a dual-SIM 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, NFC, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port.
