Samsung has launched a new M-series handset—the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G in the Indian market. The latest Galaxy M-series smartphone is powered by the Exynos 1280 processor and a 6,000mAh battery unit. It features a 120Hz display and a 50MP rear camera setup. Samsung is also promising two Android version upgrades and four years of security patch updates for the Galaxy M33 5G.

The Galaxy M33 5G will be sold in two configurations—6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB. The 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at ₹17,999, whereas the 8GB + 128GB model will cost ₹19,499. Additionally, Samsung is also offering a flat ₹2,000 instant discount with ICICI Credit Cards.
The Samsung Galaxy M33 5G will go on sale starting April 8 exclusively via amazon and Samsung India Online store.

Under the hood, the handset sports an octa-core Exynos 1280 processor fabbed on a 5nm process. The system on chip brings with it an integrated Mali G68 GPU, up to 8 GB RAM, and 128GB onboard storage. The handset comes pre-loaded with OneUI 4.1 based on Android 12.
When it comes to imaging, the Galaxy M33 5G offers a quad-rear camera setup and an LED flash. The primary shooter on the handset is a 50MP sensor with an F1.8 aperture. It is accompanied by a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, there is an 8MP front shooter with an F2.2 aperture.
The Galaxy M33 5G comes equipped with a 6,000mAh battery unit and supports 25W fast charging. Following in the footsteps of the Galaxy S-series, the company isn’t bundling the charging brick in the box, even with the mid-range handset. The device offers a Type-C port for charging and data transfers. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a dedicated micro-SD card slot, a 3.5mm audio jack, and also supports Dolby Atmos.
The Galaxy M33 5G comes in two colour options—Ocean Blue and Green. It measures 165.4mm x 76.9mm x 9.4mm and weighs 215g. Connectivity options include dual-SIM, 5G, 4G, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS, and Glonass.
