According to Twitter leaker Ice universe, the next generation Ultra model will have a bigger screen by 0.1 or 0.2mm but will keep its 8.9mm thickness, 5,000mAh battery, and 6.8-inch 1440×3088 pixels display.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra will have more major software and hardware updates, including a new CPU that is currently expected to be the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and a future OneUI 5 update based on Android 13. The new ISOCELL HP2 200MP camera sensor is another widely rumoured update. Apart from this, the phone might stick to the current camera setup for the other three lenses including selfies as well.
Additionally, the phone’s boxier design will enable the preservation of the large battery and the integration of an inbuilt S Pen. Furthermore, the S23 Ultra may use the vastly upgraded 3D Sonic Max fingerprint sensor from Qualcomm which we recently saw on the Vivo X80 Pro and the iQOO 10 Pro.
