The Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2022 Event is all set to take place on August 10, 2022. The South Korean smartphone maker revealed its launch event details a few days back. Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Fold 4 and the Galaxy Flip 4 smartphones at next month’s event. It is believed that the company could also announce the next generation Galaxy Watch 5 series and the new TWS earbuds at this event.
We have been learning new details about the upcoming Galaxy Watch 5 courtesy of several leaks since the past few weeks. A few days back, the key specifications and renders of the Galaxy Watch 5 were leaked. Additionally, we saw the pricing information of this upcoming wearable courtesy of leakster Roland Quandt of WinFuture. Now, in a recent development, the pricing details of the Galaxy Watch 5 have been revealed again, this time by European retailers.
Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Series Price Tipped
As per the leaked pricing spotted by DealNTech, the Galaxy Watch 5 BT will be priced at €259 (roughly ₹21,250) for the 40mm size, while the 44mm model will cost €286 (roughly ₹23,330). On the other hand, the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro will retail for around €430 (roughly ₹35,100) for the BT-only 45mm variant.
Furthermore, the upcoming Galaxy Watch 5 series is expected to feature a premium metal body with silicone. The smartwatch will have two buttons on the right-hand side for various functions. It will also have LTE support. As for the rest of the specifications, the upcoming wearable will ship with a 10W charger. A previous leak indicates that the new Watch 5 will run on Wear OS 3.5 OS which will be based on Samsung’s One UI Watch 4.5 skin.

Coming to the colour options, the 44mm model Galaxy Watch 5 model is said to debut in Graphite, Silver, and Pink Gold colour options, while the 44mm variant might be available in Graphite, Silver, and Blue colorways. The Galaxy Watch 5 45mm model, on the other hand, might launch in Black and Gray Titanium colour options.
