Sennheiser CX Plus TWS Earbuds With ANC, AptX Adaptive Codec, 27 Hours Battery Life Launched: Price, Specifications

Sennheiser has launched its new affordable TWS earbuds—Sennheiser CX Plus—in the US. These new truly wireless earbuds feature ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) at a relatively affordable price. The earbuds offer the ability to customize both onboard controls and an audio equaliser. The Sennheiser CX Plus has a premium build and can deliver a battery life of around 27 hours. These affordable wireless earphones from Sennheiser also feature Bass Boost and IPX4 rating for water splash resistance.

Sennheiser CX Plus Price, Avaibility

The Sennheiser CX Plus price is $179 (around ₹13,170) in the US, and they come in two colour variants: Black and White. These earbuds will be available for purchase starting September 28, 2021, via Sennheiser’s official website.

Sennheiser CX Plus Specifications, Features

The Sennheriser CX Plus posses the same design as that of the Sennheiser CX. The earbuds have an ergonomic design for offering perfect comfort and fit. As mentioned earlier, these new TWS earbuds support ANC along with a transparent mode that allows easy volume control of ambient sounds. The earbuds also have touch controls that enable easy control of audio playback, phone calls, and fast access to Siri and Google Assistant voice assistants when paired to iOS and Android devices, respectively.

You can use the Sennheiser CX Plus even in the gym, thanks to its IPX4 rating. The earbuds support various codecs, including SBC, AAC, AptX, and AptX Adaptive. You can control the equalise with the help of the Smart Control App on Android and iOS smartphones. Other features which the Sennheiser CX Plus include Bluetooth 5.2, Bass Boost, and two microphones.

Coming to the battery life, Sennheiser claims that the CX Plus offers a battery life of around 27 hours. The earbuds take around 1.5 hours to charge fully. The case has a USB Type-C port. As mentioned on Sennheiser’s website, the CX Plus offers up to 9 hrs of music playtime. With just 15 minutes of charging, the earbuds can deliver 1 hour of playtime.
