The Tecno Camon 19 Pro Mondrian Edition is the company’s first smartphone with a colour changing back panel. It also happens to be the first handset in India with a multi-colour-changing back panel. Tecno says that the design of the smartphone is inspired by Piet Mondrian’s art and hence the company decided to call it Mondrian Edition.

The Tecno Camon 19 Pro Mondrian Edition price in India is ₹17,999 for the 8GB + 128GB configuration. The pre-booking for the smartphone will begin on September 22 exclusively via Amazon. Those pre-booking the Mondrian Edition will be eligible for a 10% instant discount through SBI Card transactions.

The Tecno Camon 19 Pro Mondrian Edition is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G96 processor that is fabbed on a 12nm process. The system on chip brings with it an integrated Mali G57 GPU, 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The smartphone comes pre-loaded with HiOS 8.6 which is based on Android 12. Tecno is also promising one Android version update for the smartphone.
In terms of optics, the Camon 19 Pro Mondrian Edition offers a 64MP primary camera with an F1.65 aperture and OIS support. It is accompanied by a 50MP portrait lens that offers 50mm focal length, 2x optical zoom, and an F1.98 aperture. There is also a 2MP portrait sensor along with a quad-LED flash on the rear.
