Tecno has launched the Tecno Spark 9 smartphone in India today as promised earlier. The Tecno Spark 9 is the first smartphone in India under ₹10,000 which features 11GB of RAM. The device sports a 6.6-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by MediaTek’s octa-core chipset. Tecno Spark 9 Price In India, Availability
The Tecno Spark 9 is priced at ₹8,499 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model. The variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage costs ₹9,499 in India. The pricing of the 3GB RAM variant is yet to be detailed by Tecno.
The device comes in two colour options—Sky Mirror and Infinity Black. The smartphone will be available for sale in India starting from July 23 via Amazon India and Tecno’s official website.

The display has a water-drop-shaped notch and a 90Hz refresh rate. When it comes to the software, this entry-level smartphone from Tecno runs Android 12 out of the box with HiOS UI. The device is equipped with an octa-core Helio G37 processor, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. The phone also has 5GB of Virtual RAM support and a microSD card slot for storage expansion.
On the rear, the Spark 9 features a dual-camera setup. The camera module includes a 13MP primary camera. The function of the secondary module isn’t detailed by Tecno yet. The front of the phone houses an 8MP selfie camera.
The whole package draws power from a 5,000mAh battery. The smartphone also has DTS-powered speakers, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Lastly, the device offers connectivity features such as dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, FM Radio, OTG support, GPS, and 4G LTE.
