Tecno has launched the latest Spark series smartphone, the Tecno Spark 9 Pro, globally. This new offering from Tecno arrives as a sucessor to the Techno Spark 8 Pro. It features a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution. The device is powered by an octa-core Helio G85 processor. The handset offers a triple-camera setup, fingerprint sensor, and a 5,000mAh battery.

Tecno Spark 9 Pro Pricing, Availability

The Tecno Spark 9 Pro comes in Quantum Black, Burano Blue, Holy White, and Hacker Storm colour options. The device will be first launched in Africa. Additionally, the brand has not disclosed any details as to when this handset will arrive in India. Moreover, the pricing of the device has not yet been revealed by Tecno.

The Tecno Spark 9 Pro flaunts a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display that has Full HD+ resolution. The display panel has a 90Hz refresh rate and a water-drop-shaped notch for the selfie camera. Similar to the Spark 8 Pro, the Spark 9 Pro retains the Helio G85 chipset. The device packs 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of internal storage which is expandable with a microSD card.

On the software front, the Spark 9 Pro runs Android 12 out of the box with HiOS 8.6 on top. The optics department of the Spark 9 Pro is handled by a triple-camera setup. The camera module includes a 50MP primary camera that has an f/1.7 aperture, which is accompanied by a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP AI lens. On the front side, the smartphone sports a 32MP camera for selfies and video calls.

A 5,000mAh battery fuels the Spark 9 Pro which has 18W fast charging support. The device has several connectivity features such as a 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth v5, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. For security, the device has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
