Tecno has unveiled a new Spark series smartphone, the Tecno Spark 9T in Nigeria today. The Tecno Spark 9T is a mid-range device from Tecno which sports a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display. The smartphone is powered by MediaTek’s octa-core processor. It packs 4GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and a 5,000mAh battery. Let us take a closer look at the specifications and pricing of the smartphone.

Tecno Spark 9T Pricing, Availability 

The Tecno Spark 9T base model with 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage costs NGN 78,300 (roughly ₹14,679), whereas the 4GB + 128GB model is priced at NGN 88,000 (roughly ₹16,475). The device comes in Atlantic Blue, Turquoise Cyan, Iris Purple, and Cocoa Gold colour options. As of now, there’s no word on when this new Spark series handset will debut in India.

The Tecno Spark 9T features a 6.6-inch LCD display. The device has an IPS panel that offers Full HD+ resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. The smartphone runs Android 12 out of the box with HiOS 8.6 skin on top. Under the hood, the device is powered by a Helio G37 processor which is coupled with 4GB of RAM. As mentioned above, the device ships with 128GB of internal storage. The handset also has a microSD card slot for storage expansion.

The back of the smartphone includes a triple-camera setup. The camera module comprises a 13MP main sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and an AI lens. The front of the smartphone consists of an 8MP camera which assists in capturing selfies and making video calls.

The whole package draws power from a 5,000mAh battery which supports 10W charging. The device has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. Connectivity-wise, the smartphone has 4G VoLTE support, WiFi, Bluetooth, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
