Tecno Pova 3 With Massive 6.9-inch LCD, 7000mAh Battery Launched In India: Price

Tecno has introduced its Tecno Pova 3 smartphone in India. It replaces the Tecno Pova 2 which was launched back in 2021 in India. The Tecno Pova 3 offers a massive 6.9-inch display, MediaTek Helio chipset, a large 7,000mAh battery, and triple rear cameras, among other features. Let’s have a closer look at its specifications below. 

Tecno Pova 3: Features, Specifications

The Tecno Pova 3 sports a 6.9-inch IPS panel with Full HD+ resolution, a 90Hz screen refresh rate, and a 20.5:9 aspect ratio. It comes with a polycarbonate build and an LED strip at the rear, which glows for notifications and charging. For biometrics, it gets a face unlock feature and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G88 chipset as opposed to the G85 processor of its predecessor. The Tecno Pova 3 features a graphite cooling system for enhanced heat dissipation. It comes equipped with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. You can expand the RAM by another 5GB with the help of its virtual RAM expansion feature. 

In terms of camera, the handset sports a 50MP primary camera accompanied by two ancillary cameras. The 8MP sensor housed in the hole-punch camera cutout on display handles the selfie and video calling duties. 

The Tecno Pova 3 is built for entertainment, and it packs in dual stereo speakers with DTS audio support to compliment the large screen. The gaming experience is enhanced by the Z-axis linear vibration motor, which is rare at this price point. That’s not all, it is loaded with Panther Engine 2.0 for a smooth gaming experience. The handset packs in a large 7,000mAh battery, which is reported to offer 30 hours of video playback on a single charge. The device supports 25W fast charging, up from the 18W of the Tecno Pova 2. 

Tecno Pova 3: Price, Availability

The Tecno Pova 3 comes at an introductory price of ₹11,499 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB RAM variant. It will be available for purchase on June 27, 2022 via Amazon India. The device comes in Electric Blue, Tech Silver, and Eco Black colour options.
