We are bringing some exciting news for Twitter users in India. The Twitter Super Follows feature, which allows users to charge their followers for exclusive content, and the Twitter Ticketed Spaces, which lets people charge for live audio experiences, could launch in India very soon.
Earlier today, we spotted the Super Follows and Ticketed Spaces features under the Monetisation section of Twitter’s Android app in India. Neither of those features is functional but Twitter says that they are coming soon.

What Is Twitter Super Follow?
The Twitter Super Follows feature was announced in February 2021. It allows users to charge a monthly subscription to their followers for them to access exclusive content. The company rolled out the feature to the iOS users living in the US in September 2021, and later, in December 2021, it was made available to Android users in the region.
In the US, the Super Follows users can choose from three monthly subscription plans to charge their followers: $2.99 (approximately ₹232) per month, $4.99 (approximately ₹387) per month, $9.99 (approximately ₹775) per month. The pricing will most likely change for India. Maybe Twitter will offer ₹299, ₹499, and ₹799 plans. That is just our guess, though.
What Is Twitter Ticketed Space?
Twitter’s Ticketed Spaces feature allows people to charge their audience for exclusive live experiences. It is basically Twitter Spaces but people who want to join the conversation have to pay a particular amount.
According to a report from The Verge, users of Twitter Ticketed Spaces can charge $1 (approximately ₹77) to $999 (approximately ₹77,554) for a single user’s access.
