ViewSonic, a US-based brand, has launched a new gaming monitor, dubbed the ViewSonic Elite XG341C-2K, in the global market. The brand had also recently introduced a VX2405 24-Inch Gaming Monitor in India. The latest offering from ViewSonic comes with a 32-inch display that features AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technology and up to 200Hz refresh rate. It is currently available for Eurozone customers via the company’s official website.
ViewSonic Elite XG341C-2K Gaming Monitor Features, Specifications
The latest ViewSonic gaming monitor features a 34-inch display that offers an ultra-wide resolution of 3,440×1,440 pixels and up to 200Hz refresh rate. The monitor is reported to have a response time of 1ms. The display has a 21:9 aspect ratio and a 1500R curvature. As mentioned earlier, the XG341C-2K utilizes AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technology to avoid image tearing and flickering at high frame rates.
In addition, the ViewSonic Elite XG341C-2K also covers 97% of the DCI-P3 colour space and 99% of the NTSC colour space coverage. The monitor features Mini LED backlights with 1,152 local dimming zones. Additionally, it comes with a VESA DisplayHDR 1400 certification that ensures 1,400 nits of peak brightness while viewing HDR content, or 720 nits of brightness for SDR content.
In terms of connectivity, the Elite XG341C-2K offers two HDMI 2.1 ports, a display port, and a USB Type-C port. Additionally, there is a USB Type-A hub that supports USB 3.2 standard. For sound, the gaming monitor gets built-in stereo speakers with 5W output. Users will also get a height-adjustable stand included with the monitor packaging.
