Vivo has introduced the successor to last year’s Vivo T1x in the Chinese market—the Vivo T2x. This new smartphone from Vivo has a waterdrop notch display. It is powered by Dimensity 1300 SoC and packs a 6,000mAh battery. The device flaunts a 144Hz refresh rate display which is an upgrade over the 120Hz screen which was available on last year’s Vivo T1x.

Vivo T2x Pricing, Availability
The Vivo T2x is priced at CNY 1,699 (roughly ₹19,800) for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. The 8GB RAM model with 256GB of internal storage costs CNY 1,899 (roughly ₹22,100). The smartphone is already listed on China’s JD.com with pre-bookings starting from tomorrow.

The device will be available for purchase in China starting June 6, as per the JD.com listing. The smartphone comes in Mist Blue and Mirror Black colour options.

The Vivo T2x comes with a 6.58-inch IPS display that has a 144Hz dynamic refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The display panel has a DCI-P3 colour gamut and 650 nits of peak brightness. Powering the latest T-series smartphone is an octa-core Dimensity 1300 processor which is accompanied by 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.
As for the software, the T2x runs Android-based OriginOS out of the box. On the backside, the T2x sports a dual-camera setup. The camera module includes a 50MP main camera and a 2MP macro lens. In terms of connectivity, the device has features such as 4G LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The smartphone packs a 6,000mAh battery that has 44W FlashCharge fast charging support. The device also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The handset measures 163.87 × 75.33 × 9.21mm and weighs 202.8 grams.
