Vivo is reportedly gearing up to introduce the X90 series of smartphones by the end of this year in China. The lineup is said to consist of three devices—the Vivo X90, Vivo X90 Pro, and the Vivo X90 Pro+. The specifications of the X90 Pro had recently emerged online via tipster TechGoing. The smartphone is expected to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. In a recent update, notable tipster Ben Geskin has shared design renders of the upcoming Vivo X90 Pro+ smartphone. Let us take a look at the details.

The device also appears to feature a round-shaped quad-camera setup with an LED flash. While the camera module appears to have a glossy look, the remaining part of the back panel seems to flaunt a matte finish. Upon closer inspection, ZEISS brand can be seen engraved in the upper-left corner of the device.

As for the other specifications, the Vivo X90 Pro+ is said to come equipped with Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The processor is reported to arrive in November this year. The smartphone might also launch in a Dimensity 9-series CPU variant. In terms of storage, the upcoming Vivo X90 Pro+ is said to feature LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.
In terms of battery, the device is reported to be backed by a 5,000mAh dual-cell unit with 100W/120W fast charging support. Other primary features on the upcoming Vivo smartphone might include a 1-inch camera sensor, which could be accompanied by an ultra-wide sensor, and a 64MP telephoto camera with 5X optical zoom.
