Vivo has launched the new Y-series smartphone, the Vivo Y35 4G in Indonesia. Although the device is expected to launch in the Indian market, as of writing this, Vivo has not revealed any details regarding its India launch.

When it comes to the specifications, the Vivo Y35 is a mid-range 4G handset that sports a 6.58-inch Full HD+ display. The device has a polycarbonate back, a triple-camera setup, and a 16MP selfie camera. The device packs a 5,000mAh battery which supports 44W fast charging.

The Vivo Y35 4G is priced at IDR 3399000 (roughly ₹18,500). The device comes in a sole 8GB RAM + 128GB storage configuration. The handset is available for sale in gold and black colour options. The smartphone can be purchased in Indonesia from the Shopee portal.

The Vivo Y35 4G is powered by Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 680 processor. The device packs 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Furthermore, the smartphone has 8GB of Virtual RAM support and a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 1TB. As for the software, this latest Y-series smartphone runs Android 12 OS with FuntouchOS 12 on top.

The smartphone features a 6.58-inch IPS LCD display that has Full HD+ 2408 × 1080 pixel resolution, 550 nits brightness, and a 90Hz refresh rate. The device has a water-drop-shaped notch at the top of the display that houses the selfie camera. In terms of imaging, the Y35 4G sports a triple-camera setup comprising a 50MP main camera, 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP bokeh sensor. Selfies and video calls are handled by a 16MP camera.

The Vivo Y35 is backed by a 5,000mAh battery which supports up to 44W fast charging. The handset has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. The smartphone offers connectivity features such as a dual-SIM card slot, 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, OTG support, FM Radio, and a USB Type-C port. The device weighs around 188 grams and measures 8.28mm in terms of thickness.
