Vivo Y76s With Dimensity 810 Processor, 50MP Triple-Cameras Launched

Chinese smartphone maker Vivo has officially launched the Vivo Y76s, the company’s latest Y-series smartphone, in China. The launch of the Vivo Y76s comes right after China Telecom had revealed its specifications and renders yesterday. The Vivo Y76s is a mid-range smartphone that has a 6.58-inch IPS LCD display, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a water-drop-shaped notch. It is the first device from Vivo that is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor. The device has a 50MP dual-camera setup on the rear, an 8MP selfie camera at the front, and a 4,100mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. Vivo Y76s Pricing And Availability

The Vivo Y76s comes in three colour variants: Galaxy Blue, Star Diamond White, and Starry Night Black. The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant costs CNY 1,799 (around ₹20,900), whereas the model with 8GB RAM + 256 GB storage is priced at CNY 1,999 (around ₹23,200). Vivo has not shared any details regarding the availability of the handset, though. Additionally, the brand is yet to confirm the global availability of its new device.

Vivo Y76s Specifications, Features

The Vivo Y76s flaunts a 6.58-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a 60Hz refresh rate. The device is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 810 octa-core processor. The smartphone ships with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The handset also has a microSD card slot for storage expansion. On the software side of things, the Vivo Y76s runs Android 11 out of the box with Origin OS 1.0 on top.

The security of the Vivo Y76s is enhanced with face unlock and a side-mounted fingerprint reader. Coming to its cameras, the Vivo Y76s features a dual-camera setup at the rear, consisting of a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, the device sports an 8MP selfie camera. Connectivity features of the smartphone include a dual-SIM card slot, Wi-Fi b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The smartphone is 7.79mm thin and weighs 175g. The device is powered by a 4,100mAh battery that supports 44W fast wired charging.
