It’s a good time to be an Xbox fan as Microsoft completes 20 years of Xbox and has made some major announcements. The company has added 76 games to its backward compatible library, meaning users will be now able to run original Xbox and Xbox 360 games on their latest Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S gaming consoles.
Recently, the company also announced the FPS Boost feature for 37 games on Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. The FPS Boost feature improves the framerates of some older titles, making the gameplay virtually smoother for a better immersive gaming experience. This feature won’t be limited to the Xbox Series X and the Xbox Series S and it is also coming to Xbox Cloud Gaming. The company has announced a list of 33 titles supporting the FPS Boost feature. Do bear in mind that the service is still in the Beta stage and expect a few bugs to pop out before Microsoft releases the final version.
