Xiaomi has launched one more premium mid-range 5G smartphone in India, the Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G. This new smartphone has a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It also features stereo speakers. The device boots Android 11 out of the box with MIUI 12.5 on top. Under the hood, the handset is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor. Looking at these three aspects, the phone has the potential to become a good gaming smartphone and a media consumption device.

The device will be available for purchase starting October 2, 2021, via Amazon, mi.com, Mi Home stores, and other authorised offline retail stores.

The Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G has an anti-fingerprint frosted glass back that keeps the handset free from fingerprints. The phone is just 6.81mm thin and weighs just 158 grammes. It sports a 6.5-inch AMOLED display that has Full HD+ resolution (2,400 x 1,080 pixels) and a 90Hz refresh rate. The display panel has HDR10+ support, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, and a peak brightness of up to 800 nits.
The Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G is equipped with the 6nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor with the Adreno 642L GPU. The smartphone packs 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. On the software front, the device runs Android 11 out of the box with MIUI 12.5 skin. The phone will receive three years of software updates and fours years of security updates.
The device features a triple-camera setup at the rear, including a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 5MP telemacro camera. It has a 20MP selfie camera.
