Xiaomi resurrected the Mi i lineup (remember Mi 4i?) last year with the Mi 10i. The company is all set to launch the Xiaomi Mi 10i successor—the Xiaomi 11i in India. Alongside the Xiaomi 11i, the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge will also make its debut in the country. The Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge will be the company’s first handset with 120W HyperCharge fast charging in the country. With 120W fast charging, the handset can charge from 0 to 100% in about 15 minutes. Ahead of the launch, a report by India Today Tech has revealed that the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge will be priced below the ₹30,000 mark in India.
Additionally, the report reveals that Xiaomi will bundle the 120W HyperCharge fast charger in the box. To those in the dark, last year, the company didn’t bundle a 67W fast charger with the Xiaomi 11 Ultra since it could not acquire the required certification on time. Mr. Raghu Reddy, Chief Business Officer, Xiaomi India during his interview with India Today Tech said:
This time there are no hurdles. A lot of innovation has gone into making this charging tech. We will explain the entire process during our launch event. It makes 10 to 100 per cent charge a reality in 15 minutes.
Mr. Reddy also told that the display on the Xiaomi 11i series devices will be an 8-bit panel. These devices will support a total of eight 5G bands.
