Today, Xiaomi has launched the Xiaomi 11i series smartphones—the Xiaomi 11i and the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge in India. Both these newly launched devices come with a 120Hz AMOLED display. These smartphones are equipped with a Dimensity 920 processor and pack up to 8GB of RAM. Both the devices feature a 108MP triple-camera setup. The Xiaomi 11i series comes in 6GB/8GB RAM configuration along with 128GB/256GB of internal storage. Both the Xiaomi 11i and the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge will go on sale in India from January 11 via Flipkart, Mi Home stores, and other offline channels. Both the Xiaomi 11i and Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge offer the same specifications, except for the battery capacity and fast charging support. The Xiaomi 11i series boasts a 6.67-inch AMOLED display that has Full HD+ resolution. The display panel has a 120Hz refresh rate, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, and a 1200 nits peak brightness. Both these smartphones come equipped with an octa-core 6nm Dimensity 920 processor. Both handsets ship with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

As for the software, the Xiaomi 11i series boots Android 11 out of the box with MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition on top. Xiaomi claims that both these devices will receive the MIUI 13 software update in the future. In terms of imaging, both smartphones feature a triple-camera setup. The camera module has a 108MP primary camera sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP telemacro lens. For selfies, the device features a 16MP camera.

The Xiaomi 11i packs a 5,160mAh battery, whereas the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge is loaded with a 4,500mAh battery. The former offers 67W fast charging, whereas the latter supports 120W fast charging. Connectivity-wise, both these devices offer features like a USB Type-C charging port, a 3.5mm audio jack, dual-SIM card support, 5G, 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth v5.1, NFC, and GPS.
