Xiaomi is all set to launch its upcoming flagship devices—the Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro in the domestic market. The company has already confirmed that the Xiaomi 12 Pro will be a regular-sized smartphone with a large display. Whereas the Xioami 12 will cater to compact smartphone lovers. Ahead of the launch, which is scheduled for tomorrow, the renders, live images as well as detailed specifications of the Xiaomi 12 Pro have surfaced on Weibo, a Chinese micro-blogging site. Let us take a closer look at the design, renders, and specifications of the Xiaomi 12 Pro.
Xiaomi 12 Pro Renders and Design
The Xiaomi 12 Pro will come in four colour variants—blue, pink, green, and black. The colour variants as well as the handset look quite identical to the Xiaomi 12 which was leaked just a couple of days back. However, the camera module on the Xiaomi 12 Pro seems bigger and thicker compared to the Xiaomi 12.
The blue, pink, and black colour variants of the device will be around 8.16mm thick and will weigh 205gram. Whereas, the green variant will come with a leather finish and weigh 204grams with a thickness of 8.66mm.

The display is also said to feature HDR10+ and Dolby Vision certifications. The company has already confirmed that it will be using the second-gen LTPO display on the 12 Pro. The upcoming Xiaomi flagship is already confirmed to be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. It is also confirmed to boot MIUI 13, which will likely be based on Android 12.
Xiaomi has already confirmed that the Xiaomi 12 Pro will come with a 50MP Sony IMX707 lens. This will be accompanied by a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 50MP telephoto lens with 2X optical zoom. The 12 Pro will be equipped with a 4,600mAh battery unit and 120W HyperCharge fast charging support. The device will also support 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging.
