Xiaomi has launched its latest flagship, dubbed the Xiaomi 12 Pro in India today, alongside the Xiaomi Pad 5 and Xiaomi Smart TV 5A. The new smartphone features a 6.73-inch 2K Samsung E5 OLED 120Hz adaptive refresh rate LTPO display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, a 4,600mAh battery, and a 50MP camera, among other features.

Xiaomi 12 Pro Pricing, Availability

The Xiaomi 12 Pro is priced at ₹62,999 for the 8GB + 256GB storage variant, while the 12GB + 256GB version costs ₹66,999. The brand is offering an introductory discount of ₹4,000 that is valid till May 7. The device is available in three colour options—black, blue, and purple with a glass back and a green vegan leather version. The Xiaomi 12 Pro will be available for purchase via mi.com, Mi Home, amazon.in, and various offline retail stores starting from May 2, 2022.

Starting with the display, the Xiaomi 12 Pro flaunts a 6.73-inch 2K Samsung E5 OLED 120Hz adaptive refresh rate LTPO display that supports up to 1500 nits peak brightness. Under the hood, the device comes powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, which is paired with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB internal storage. The Xiaomi 12 Pro runs MIUI 13 based on Android 12 operating system out of the box.

For photography, the Xiaomi 12 Pro offers a 50MP rear camera, a 50MP ultra wide angle camera, and a 50MP portrait camera. For selfies and video calling, the smartphone relies on a 32MP front-facing camera. The Xiaomi 12 Pro is powered by a 4,600mAh battery that supports 120W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging.

In terms of connectivity, the Xiaomi 12 Pro offers 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6E 802.11 ax, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS (L1 + L5), NavIC, and USB Type-C. The device also features an in-display fingerprint sensor. The smartphone measures 163.6×74.6×8.16mm and weighs 205grams for the glass version and 204grams for the leather version.
