Xiaomi has launched the Xiaomi 360° Home Security Camera 1080p 2i in India. The company’s new home security solution is touted as an affordable option for Indian homes. It includes features such as AI human detection and enhanced night vision.

Xiaomi 360° Home Security Camera 1080p 2i: Features

The Xiaomi 360° Home Security Camera 1080p 2i is equipped with a 2MP camera that’s capable of FHD (1920x1080p) video. It can rotate 360 degrees horizontally and also move up to 108 degrees vertically. The device comes with night vision recording capability thanks to its 940nm infrared LEDs. When it comes to connectivity, it supports Wi-Fi 2.4GHz.

The Xiaomi 360° Home Security Camera features AI human detection technology for motion detection. The AI tech incorporates deep learning tech to eliminate false alarms. Moreover, it comes with a two-way voice calling feature with active noise reduction for better call quality. The Xiaomi Camera Viewer app can be used to remotely control the device. It can be used to monitor up to nine cameras.

Xiaomi offers seven days of free rolling cloud storage with its home security camera. Speaking of storage, the camera supports MicroSD cards up to 32GB as well as NAS. The device supports voice assistants such as Alexa and Google Assistant.
