Xiaomi Starts MIUI 13 Global Pilot Testing For Redmi Note 10, Note 10 Pro, and Mi 11 Lite

The Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is gearing up for the launch of the Redmi Note 11 series in the global markets on January 26. Alongside the Redmi Note 11 series, Xiaomi is also preparing for the launch of the global MIUI 13 version. Now, ahead of the official rollout of the MIUI 13, Xiaomi has started testing the latest MIUI software version for some of its smartphones. The MIUI 13 pilot testing has reportedly begun for the Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10 Pro, and the Mi 11 Lite.

MIUI 13 Global Pilot Testing Starts For Redmi Note 10, Note 10 Pro, and Mi 11 Lite

The Redmi Note 10 has the codename Mojito and its firmware version carries build number as V13.0.3.0.SKGMIXM. On the other hand, the MIUI 13 is being tested on the Redmi Note 10 Pro with firmware version V13.0.2.0.SKFMIXM. Similarly, the Mi 11 Lite is being tested with version number V13.0.2.0.SKQMIXM and is codenamed as ‘Courbet’. These new firmware are believed to be the global versions of MIUI 13 and they are based on the Android 12 version.

In the upcoming few days, we can expect Xiaomi to test out the MIUI 13 global version for more devices. To recall, the MIUI 13 was introduced in December alongside the Xiaomi 12 series. The MIUI 13 software version brings in a host of new improvements compared to the MIUI 12.5 Enhanced version. The latest software version brings in enhanced privacy, Improved UI design, coherent UI elements, Widgets, and smoother animations. The MIUI 13 also offers a 52 percent improvement in overall fluidity. Furthermore, the MIUI 13 also brings in dynamic wallpapers, a new font called MiSans, and Mi Smart Hub.
