Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro Will Be Amazon Exclusive In India

Redmi has already teased the launch of the Redmi Note 11 Pro series soon after the launch of the Redmi Note 11T, Redmi Note 11, and Redmi Note 11S in the country. We can confirm that the brand is indeed launching two smartphones under the Pro series, the regular Redmi Note 11 Pro and the Note 11 Pro+ 5G, and that both of them will be sold exclusively via Amazon. The series will be announced on March 9 and is expected to go on sale the following week during the Holi sale.

Redmi Note 11 Pro Series India Specifications

Both phones will have the same 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The only difference between the two will be in the processor and optics departments. The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC, while the Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G will get the MediaTek Helios G96 4G chip. Besides, these phones will come with the MIUI 13 update, which is based on Android 11, as well as a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and Gorilla Glass protection.

In terms of optics, both, the Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G and Pro+ 5G are expected to get a 108MP main sensor, with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro lens. The Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G will get an additional 2MP depth sensor. Both models will feature a 16MP selfie camera at the front. As for the battery, Redmi has been teasing 67W charging, which will be seen on both phones along with a large 5,000mAh battery.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro series is expected to launch in two colours in the country and with three RAM/storage options. Due to several factors, including the rise in taxes and the chip shortage, we expect Indian prices to be very similar to the European ones.
