Xiaomi Has Already Sold Over 1 lakh Smart TVs, 20 Lakh Smartphones During Festive Season Sale In India

Xiaomi announced earlier today that it has sold 1 lakh smart TVs in India in less than 3 days during the festive season sale across various e-commerce platforms. Xiaomi TVs are available at discounted prices during Diwali with Mi, Amazon Great Indian Festival, and Flipkart’s Big Billion Days Sale. Xiaomi claims that it has recorded 10x year-over-year growth in the premium smartphone segment and up to 53x growth in the demand for 4K TVs. The company also managed to sell 20 lakh smartphone units in the festive season sale.

In the premium segment, smartphones such Mi 11X series and Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G had a good demand, followed by mid-range devices such as Redmi Note 10S, Redmi Note 10 Pro, and Redmi 9 series. Coming to the TV sale, 8 out of 10 best-selling TVs on Amazon were from Xiaomi and Redmi. According to Xiaomi, customers had more demand for the Redmi Smart TV X 50-inch, Mi TV 4A 32-inch, Mi TV 5X 43-inch. The Chinese smartphone maker also claimed that it has sold more than 1 lakh units of Poco X3 Pro by the end of the first day of Flipkart’s Big Billion Days (BBD) sale. During the Flipkart Big Billion Days 2021 sale, the Poco X3 Pro was available for just ₹15,499.

Some Xiaomi smart TVs are still available at discounted prices in the festive sale. The Redmi Smart TV X series is available at a discount of up to ₹7,000. On the other hand, the Redmi Smart TV 32-inch and 43-inch models can be bought for ₹13,249 and ₹22,749 respectively.
